I’m Abdul Allam, an architectural designer and construction management professional with a passion for designing practical systems that recover hidden energy inside high-rise buildings. 

My full legal name is Abdulrahman Allam, but I am known professionally as Abdul Allam.

Professional Background

Who I Am?

I hold a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master of Architecture, and a Master of Construction Management from the University of Miami, and I have over a decade of solid experience working on large-scale residential and commercial high-rise buildings with leading architectural firms. To deepen my commitment to sustainable building solutions, I have also earned the LEED Green Associate credential through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)and maintain an active USGBC Membership to stay connected with the latest green building standards.

In addition, I hold an Associate of Science in Entrepreneurship and a College Credit Certificate in Digital Marketing, which support my ability to develop, communicate, and scale practical energy innovations in the real world.

Why I’m Doing This?

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how much overlooked motion and airflow happens every day inside tall buildings — from trash chutes to elevators to ventilation shafts. My focus is on designing and testing scalable micro-energy recovery systems that capture this hidden energy, turn it into usable electricity, and reduce waste in both existing and future towers.

I believe that truly sustainable cities don’t just rely on giant new infrastructure — they also unlock the hidden energy already moving through our buildings every single day. My mission is to design practical, cost-effective micro-energy recovery systems that capture overlooked motion and airflow — from trash chutes, elevator shafts, and other untapped spaces — and convert it into usable clean electricity. By making these solutions affordable and easy to install in both new and existing high-rise buildings, I aim to multiply small energy savings into meaningful national impact, reduce waste, and help cities become more resilient, one retrofit at a time.
